Our Team

Kiara Moore is a Licensed Professional Counselor for Mental Health (LPCMH) in the state of Delaware.  Kiara enjoys working with adults and has experience working with an array of disorders and concerns.  Kiara takes an eclectic approach and utilizes several evidence based treatment approaches focused on the needs of the individual, couple or family. 

Kiara graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from West Chester University and her Masters Degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Eastern University of Pa.

Kiara is also a motivational speaker and author of five books: Drop Your Cape, When I’m Angry, The Pursuit of Productivity Planner, Start With Your Thoughts (Adult and Teen Versions). All books are available on Amazon.

Stacey has dedicated her career to the mental
health, substance use, and HIV/AIDS communities with a primary focus on serving single adults, families, and at-risk youth. Stacey has a developed, managed, and administered supportive housing programs in both congregate and scattered-site settings, as well as managed all operational components of these complex projects.

Stacey brings a combination of administrative management expertise and client-centered clinical training. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy and a master’s degree in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College.

La’Taija Maddox is a Mental Health Therapist, and has been for the past year. La’Taija has 4 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. La’Taija is from Delaware and works well with an adverse population. La’Taija graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Delaware State University in 2016, and graduated with a Master of Social Work Degree from Delaware State University in 2020.  La’Taija has the skills and knowledge to help individuals overcome stress or traumatic experiences. La’Taija provides the support that one needs to help create pathways for healthy communication, and relationships. La’Taija offers specialized care in childhood trauma, traumatic experiences, PTSD, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, stress, and peer relationships. La’Taija is here as support to guide you through the healing process.

Kiera Pritchett is a Dynamic Therapist, servicing the state of Delaware. Kiera graduated from
Wilmington University with a Bachelors in Science in 2015. Kiera then went on to graduate with
her Masters in Social Work at Delaware State University in 2018. Kiera has a Trauma Focused
agenda to serve both children and adults; who struggle to acknowledge, process and heal from
Traumatic life experiences. Kiera desires for her clients to find peace and develop effective skills
to build the life they desire. In addition to utilizing evidence based practices to help clients
overcome their problems, Kiera brings her sense of humor and intuitive skills to the therapeutic
process. Kiera is also an entrepreneur and expert speaker within the community! Kiera’s
number one motto is for individuals to “Think.Change”. Because changing the way you think can
change the way that you live.

Lehronda Upshur is a Licensed Masters level therapist serving Delaware with passion and a love for helping others. She has experience working with domestic violence survivors; families, couples and specializes in treatment for trauma, family conflict and grief and loss.  Lehronda has a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from Penn State University, a Masters degree in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Management from Neumann University and a Masters degree in Social work from Bryn Mawr College.  Lehronda is a strong advocate for using evidence based practices and combining life experiences and perspective to help others overcome the “speed bumps” we all face in life.  Her mission is to help those who need hope and healing find their way.
